Mr. M. Iboyaima Meitei

Shri. Mangsatabam Iboyaima Meitei is currently the Advisor (Horticulture & Allied) in North Eastern Council Secretariat (NEC), Ministry of Development of North Eastern Region, MoDoNER, Govt. of India. He has served as Horticultural Expert in the projects of India Canada Environmental Facilities (ICEF), and also as Technical Expert in the projects of International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD).
