Mr. Khagendra Sarmah

Mr. Khagendra Sarmah has the experience of 33 years in Government of Assam in Agriculture Extension, Training and Planning. He Attended International Training on Potato Production, Storage & Seed Technology in the Netherlands in 1997 & Supply Chain Management in Vietnam in 2009 under Netherland Government Fellowship Programme. International Training on Cold-chain Management in Paris. He also attended various training and workshop in Thailand, China, Bangladesh and the Netherlands. He is the State Nodal Officer of Cold-chain Development and State Nodal Officer (Horticulture) of “Assam Agri-Business and Rural Transformation Project (APART)”
