Dr. R. Elithung Lotha

Dr. R. Elithung Lotha is a horticulture expert, who got awarded PHD (Hort-PHT) from IARI, New Delhi. He did his post graduation in AG (Hort.) from Bhubaneswar. He is currently the Director of Horticulture and Mission Director for Mission for Integrated Development of Horticulture, Nagaland.
